11-20-200236Judgment: It is Ordered and Adjudged that plaintiffs recover judgment against defendants Hollywood Taxi and Timothy K. Pippitt, jointly and severally, for the sum of $750.00 per infringement for a total of $4,500.00 as statutory damages; the sum of $10,000.00 as attorney fees; and costs and disbursements taxed herein at $540.00, together with interest on the total amount of the judgment accruing at the rate of 1.46 percent per annum. It is further ordered and adjudged that defendants Hollywood Taxi and Timothy K. Pippit, their agents, servants and employees, and all persons subject to their direction or control be, and hereby are, permanently enjoined and restrained from publicly performing any and all of the copyrighted musical compositions in the ASCAP repertory, including those belonging to plaintiffs, and from causing or permitting such compositions to be publically performed at Hollywood Taxi, or any other facility owned, operated, or conducted by defendants, and from aiding and abetting public performances of such compositions, unless defendants shall have previously obtained permission to give such performances either directly from the plaintiffs or the copyright owners whose compostions are involved or by license from ASCAP.
